to AIS/RAS using your Employee ID and HRMS

"Go To Breeze"
- If the "Your Breeze ID is:"
field is blank, please contact the Help Desk at 5-5707
- If you are asked for your
Breeze password, use your default HRMS password (last two digits of
birth year, lower case first initial of last name, last four digits of
your SSN).
- Select Basic EH&S

- If you do not see "Clinic
Safety Training FY10" as an available course, you will need to use Option 2
below.
- You must complete all four modules of the online
Breeze training to meet the annual training requirement
